You can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
Unworn, unused, and in original condition
In original packaging (including shoebox, tags, etc.)
Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage.
Need a different size or color?
We offer free exchanges within the return period, subject to stock availability.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
